Once a diagnosis has been made on your circulatory condition, using a Doppler Ultrasound to assess your superficial venous system, an appropriate treatment strategy will be recommended. Sclerotherapy consists of injecting a solution into the superficial veins. The injection may be performed using ultrasound guidance if needed.
